The session is carried out with the client fully clothed and lying on the comfortable treatment bed. If lying down is not comfortable or you have a medical issue which prevents this, there is an option to be seated in a reclining chair. Please advise upon booking if a seated session is required. 

I use both hands on and hands off method of reiki, although if preferred, the session can be conducted without touch.  I work on both front and back of the body and where intuitively felt. Chakra realignment and the clearing of stagnated energy are carried out as standard practice with all my reiki sessions.   

Client comfort is of the upmost importance and therefore adjustments will be made to ensure  optimum comfort and relaxation within all sessions offered.

Consultation

An initial free 30 minute consultation is offered which can be conducted in in person, telephone or via email or direct message. 

Within the consultation a brief case history is taken including general health and lifestyle, to enable us to establish how we may support your health and wellbeing journey.

All oil blends are individually hand blended and made to order using premium therapeutic grade essential oils. Blends are available in 10mls roll on glass bottles or 10mls Dropper style bottle.  £9.50 plus P&P.  Other sizes are also available and priced accordingly.

Parent & Baby Reiki Session

This is a combined session for both parent and baby to receive Reiki and all the benefits that come with a beautiful and relaxing Reiki Session. 

The session can be booked for 60 or 90 mins and takes place seated or gently reclining to suit your comfort. 

As mother of two Children myself I would dearly of loved to have had the opportunity of receiving such a session when my babies were small.  

The benefits of Reiki for babies are much like those for adults. Which include improved sleep, reduced anxiety, pain and stress, restlessness, relief from colic symptoms, as well as being restorative and soothing, promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing.

 Extra time is allocated for this session to enable us to move at your pace for maximum benefit and comfort. 60 min session £60 and 90mins £70 Refreshment included.
There is also an option to include a bespoke essential oil blend for £5.00. 

This session is particularly beneficial for new parents and newborn/young babies. Please contact me for further details.

There is also an option to incorporate a tailor made aromatherapy blend into the session, which can be blended to suit your specific needs such as soothing discomfort or to help calm anxiety.  These blends are carefully curated with baby in mind using premium quality essential oils.

Chakra Discovery Session

This is a fantastic session and a great way to experience and learn a little about practices such as essential oils use with energy, chakras, meditation and Reiki.  A great taster session or gift for someone beginning their spiritual journey.   

A 90 min 1 to 1 session to help you discover your chakra energy points as well as intensively clearing blockages, while cleansing and balancing your energy system. This session is designed to empower you, bring awareness to your own energetic system, offer insight so you can help maintain your own healthy energy flow throughout your chakra system. Supporting health and wellbeing of the mind, body and spirit. 

It has long been understood by many cultures both ancient and modern that stagnate or slow moving energy chi/prana within the body can assist in bringing on disease and poor mental and physical health.

The 1.5 hour session encompasses reiki, essential oils, healing crystals and meditation, as we work together to identify and clear slow moving and stagnant energy flow throughout the 7 main chakra points. As well as a few others. 

This is an enlightening, deeply relaxing and empowering session, helping you along your personal path of wellbeing and self care.  The session will also include a crystal infused chakra essential oil blend to continue to support you post session and beyond.  

This 1.5 hour personal session is £55.00 which also includes the chakra oil blend to take home (inc. 30mins Reiki). 

If you would like to extend to 60min Reiki we can extend the session to 2 hours for £65 (inc chakra blend).
